Each printing, priced apart
First print, later printing, facsimile and variant covers are separate books with separate markets. ComicFrame shows them side by side, each with its own price where market data exists, instead of averaging them into one wrong number.
Raw and slabbed
Switch between an ungraded copy and the graded (slabbed) price ladder. The gap between a 9.8 and a 9.4 is often larger than the price of the book itself.

With Premium, every issue you keep feeds one running total, with a chart behind it. No price for your copy? Set your own — it stays on your phone and is clearly marked.

Does it need a barcode?
No. Recognition works from the cover art, so books printed long before barcodes existed are identified the same way as current releases.
Why does one issue show several different prices?
Because it is several different books. A first print, a later printing and a facsimile share the same cover art and almost nothing else — mixing them into one average is the most common way a collection gets valued wrong.
Does it handle graded copies?
Yes. You can switch between a raw copy and the graded (slabbed) ladder, and the price follows the grade you pick rather than showing one figure for every condition.
Do I need an account?
Not to scan. A collection is stored so it survives reinstalling the app, but nothing stops you from opening the camera and checking a book straight away.
Can I keep track of what I read?
Yes. The Reading tab keeps an Up next queue, the days you read, your streak, star ratings and notes. Your reading log stays on your phone and is never sent to our server.
What if a comic has no price?
Not every issue has price data. You can set your own price for any comic in your collection; it is clearly marked as yours, counts in your totals and stays on your phone.
What is free and what is Premium?
Scanning, a daily allowance of scans with prices, one collection and the reading log are free. Premium adds unlimited scans with prices, unlimited collections, the total value of your collections with its chart, and export of your collections and reading log.
